La Fondation Dassault Systèmes in India wins National CSR Impact Award
Our foundation in India wins a National CSR Impact Award, under the Skill Development category.
On December 9th, 2021, La Fondation Dassault Systèmes in India proudly won the 2021 CSR Impact Award from CSRBOX India – under the category Skill Development.
This CSR award was given for its thorough support and implementation of the National ConnectNext program, which aims at empowering Indian students to be Future Ready.
The ConnectNext Program is designed to address tomorrow's business challenges by connecting the Industry and Academia ecosystems together, with the objective of preparing students to match the needs of future employers, as well as improving and revealing their skills to accurate professionals.
Through multiple interactions with Industry contacts and Academia thought leaders, they identified the root cause of the concerns the industry is experiencing with talent readiness of fresh graduates; from there, they defined a 6-faceted project to face them with the ConnectNext program.
The scale at which we executed ConnectNext program in 2020-2021, in spite of the pandemic situation, was highly impressive. The jury members expressed great appreciation of the ConnectNext program, with the design, the scale and transformation it is bringing to help students to be Industry Ready.
